"Almost 3 weeks ago, there was a situation during the evening hours where maintenance had to come to my building to take care of an emergency situation. Though, I must admit, I was in panic mode for a while, the maintenance crew stepped in to ease the situation and took care of what was needed in such a professional manner. I've lived here for close to 4 years now and it's been primarily because of the staff that I have chosen to remain a resident here. For that, I appreciate and value the fact that being cared about is a priority. Thanks so much for all that you do to make this community as great as it is."
